March 2007

Hartford, CT St. Patrick's Day Parade, Saturday, March 17, Hartford, CT: Paragon Jousting will be joining The Connecticut Renaissance Faire at the Hartford St. Patrick's Day Parade in downtown Hartford, CT. You will see Paragon's Paladin ridden by Sir William and Sir Devon will be riding Imperial Mister Skittles as he makes his Paragon Jousting debut. Many a steed has made their debut at a St. Patrick's Day parade in CT.

Tri-State Camp Conference, Wednesday through Friday, March 28-30, Atlantic City, NJ: Paragon Jousting will be exhibiting at the Tri-State Camp Conference of the American Camp Association in Atlantic City, NJ. We will be marketing ourselves to over 1000 camp directors over this three day period. We're going to be involved in the opening ceremonies on Wednesday. Visit Paragon Jousting in booth 137 during the day, and in the casinos at night.

April 2007

Wells College Renaissance Faire, Saturday April 28, Aurora, New York Paragon Jousting is headed to the Finger Lakes for the Wells College Renaissance Faire. On April 28th, Becca is presenting her senior performing arts thesis as a jousting actress. Horses, knights, sword fighting, lances, and a large cast of Wells College students joining many of your Paragon Jousting favorites: now that's a senior thesis project! Wells College in Aurora, New York is holding the Wells College Renaissance Faire as part of their annual Spring Weekend events. May 2007

Hudson Valley Mayfaire, Saturday and Sunday, May 5-6, Ulster County, New York: Paragon Jousting returns to New York for the Hudson Valley Mayfaire. This Faire is being produced by The Queen's Galley, a charity that provides relief, awareness and prevention of food insecurity. The Queens Galley supports, creates and implements programs dedicated to the nutritional education of children, families and seniors. Join us as we return to this charity event.

A Celebration of Celts, Saturday and Sunday, May 5-6, Ghent, New York: Paragon Jousting will be making our first appearance at the Celebration of Celts just minutes from downtown Albany, NY. We will be showcasing a joust between Robert the Bruce and King Edward of England. Celebration of Celts is the largest Pan-Celtic event in the northeast saluting all eight Celtic nations; Scotland (honored country this year) Ireland, Cornwall, Wales, Isle Of Man, Brittany in France and Asturias and Galicia in Spain. We're looking forward to this Hudson Valley showcase of Celtic tradition.

June 2007

Geneva Middle School, Friday, June 1, Geneva, NY: Paragon Jousting founder, Scott Rodlin, will be appearing at Geneva Middle School in Geneva, NY to discuss the life of a Knight with groups of 6th, 7th and 8th graders. This appearance is part of the school's Medieval Studies Day.

Wisconsin Renaissance Faire, Saturdays and Sundays, June 16-17 through July 14-15, Chippewa Falls, WI: Paragon Jousting will be making it's first trip to Wisconsin for the annual Wisconsin Renaissance Faire. This is a chance to visit with a whole new group of Paragon fans and we are all very excited.

3rd Annual Gala in Celebration of the Horse, Saturday, July 21, Lyme, CT: Paragon Jousting is returning as the headlining act for this fund raiser at Mitchell Farm, an equine retirement and rescue farm in Lyme, CT. We had a great time last year and we're looking forward to our return.

The Connecticut Renaissance Faire, Saturdays and Sundays, September 29-30 through October 20-21 and Monday, October 1 and Columbus Day, October 8, Hebron, CT: Paragon Jousting is once again returning to The Connecticut Renaissance Faire at their new home in Hebron, CT for the 2007 season. We look forward to our return to Hebron for our 4th season jousting at the fastest growing faire in New England. This includes shows on Columbus Day (Monday, October 8 and a special half day show for schools on Monday October 1. The annual school day has become a great tradition at CTRF and there are special discounts opening weekend. See the CTRF website for more information.
