Private Show, Monday May 11, Aurora, NY

The St. Gregory Medieval Festival, Saturday and Sunday, May 16-17, Danbury, CT: Paragon Jousting will be performing at The St. Gregory Medieval Festival in Danbury, CT. We'll be working once again with Paladin Music and we look forward to entertaining folks in Western, CT.

June 2009

Medieval Days, Friday, June 5, Geneva, NY: Becca, Scott and Apollo were at "Medieval Days" for the Geneva Central School district in Geneva, NY. This was an afternoon of activities and medieval themed learning. Becca and Scott answered questions about the medieval knight and performed a mounted demonstration of Knightly Skills. We'll have pictures of this event online soon. Keep checking back.

Shakespeare Family Renaissance Fair, Saturday, June 20, Craryville, NY: Join Paragon Jousting at the Shakespeare Family Renaissance Fair at the Taconic Hills High School campus just off Route 23 in Craryville, NY. This event is to benefit the Taconic Hills High School PTO - Shakespeare Residency Booster to help fun a drama residency program for students. In addition to Paragon Jousting, there will be catapult demonstrations, magic shows and more. We're looking forward to seeing everyone at this event.

July 2009

Aurorafest, Saturday, July 11, Aurora, NY: Paragon Jousting will be taking part of this annual event in the town we call home. This will include a parade down Main Street with Apollo pulling the Paragon Wagon and four other Paragon Jousting Warhorses, a joust featuring Sir Devon of York and Sir Solomon of Sherwood with Dame Fiona of Orkney as Mistress of the List. It will also feature the hometown ground crew of Bill, Missy and Andy Hitchcock and the Paragon Jousting debut of ZEUS! Following the joust Sir Solomon will become Marshall and play with his band "Visions of Cody". The evening has many great musicians in the line-up. And this fantastic, hometown, event will be capped off with a fireworks display over Lake Cayuga.

August 2009

Griswold Veterans Memorial Park Commission presents their 2nd Annual Renaissance Festival, Saturday August 15, Jewett City, CT: Paragon Jousting is taking part in the 2nd Annual Renaissance Festival at Griswold Veterans Memorial Park in Jewett City, CT. The event begins at 11am and runs until 8pm and is free to the public. This is our first year at this event and we're looking forward to it. Paragon Jousting is scheduled to perform at 4pm.

September 2009

The Great New York State Faire, Monday, September 7, Syracuse, NY: Paragon Jousting will be returning to the The Great New York State Faire in Syracuse, NY. The Faire begins in August and ends in September. This is a huge event and we're very excited about our return.

"Morgan Idol" at the NY Morgan Horse Show, Thursday, September 17, Syracuse, NY: Mister Mister will be performing a jousting demonstration as part of Morgan Idol at NY Morgan Horse Show at the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY.

Medieval Faire to benefit Miracles in Motion, Canceled: Unfortunately, the Medieval Faire to benefit Miracles in Motion, a therapeutic riding program in Keene, NH has been canceled for 2009. Please see their site for details. You can still make donations to this cause and help this great program.

The Connecticut Renaissance Faire, Saturdays and Sundays, September 26-27 through October 17-18, and Columbus Day, October 12, Hebron, CT: Paragon Jousting will be returning to The Connecticut Renaissance Faire. The Connecticut Renaissance Faire has been a Paragon Jousting tradition for six great years. We have a great time with all the performers and patrons there and we always have some surprise in store. Last year, we introduced wagon rides. What do we have up our sleeves this year? We've got a lot of time to figure it out.
